THE MEGALITH GUARANTEE

The watches on store carry a 1- year guarantee against any defect of manufacturing. The warranty is no valid in case of accident broken.

If for any quality problem within the first year of purchase (Returns are only valid within 30 days from phurchasing).

1.Email to customer service (support@megalithwatch.com)  including: 
*order number; 
* the detail about the problem， together with the picture of products if necessary 

2. We will glad to help resolving it. Reimbursement for repair fee or re -issuing a new one.

3.Please check your spam folder first if you haven't received our letter. Don’t let our emails get lost in your spam folder. Please add us to your contact list.

4.After receive all the return items ( If returning need, the return shipping address will be sent to you), refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account within 3 days.
