How long does it take for the package to arrive?+
Most orders will take 10-15 days to arrive to European and American countries, shipping time differ from country to country. Recently, Indian Customs has increased its inspection of express cargo, which has caused slow import clearance, which may make a delay for 15-20 days.

Can I change the shipping address after I order Megalith watch?+
We will be happy to help ! Please email our customer service with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.
Can I cancel the order after I paid?+
We will be grad to help you to cancel the order. Please feel free to contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel the order. It would be easy to cancel the order before the item is shipped.
But if the item have been sent out, sorry that we can't cancel the order.
What should I do when my Megalith watch package says delivered, but I don't receive it.+
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be inaccurate, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
What is covered under Megalith watch warranty ?+
Your watch carries a 1- year warranty against any defect of manufacturing. The warranty is no valid in case of accident.
